Do you have a size guide?

All our styles are designed to standard sizes, so you should generally order your usual size. If you do not know your size, you can use our size guide: https://becksondergaard.net/pages/sizeguide

Is your PU vegan?

All our PU products are made from 100% vegan PU.

What are your pajamas made of, and where are they made?

Our pajamas are produced by our partner in India and are made of 100% organic cotton. The production meets strict requirements for the environment, chemistry and social conditions, and the products are continuously tested for harmful substances by independent testing institutes.

Where are your leather bags made?

Our leather bags are produced in India, in close collaboration with carefully selected suppliers. We only use leather from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG), ensuring responsible leather production with high environmental and ethical standards.

How should I care for my products?

We have created a care guide with information on how to care for your products, depending on the material.

Can suede stain clothes?

Suede is a natural material and can transfer lint or color to other fabrics. This can be easily removed with a lint roller.

Can I wash my scarf?

We generally do not recommend washing your scarf in the washing machine. Always follow the washing instructions on the care label, as materials such as silk, wool and cotton can react differently to washing. Wool scarves in particular should not be washed as the material is very delicate.

If a wool scarf needs a light refresh, it can be gently hand washed:

  1. Fill a bowl with cold or lukewarm water.
  2. Add a small amount of wool detergent.
  3. Place the scarf in the water and move it gently - avoid rubbing or twisting.
  4. Rinse in clean water.
  5. Squeeze the water out into a towel and let the scarf dry flat.

Note: We generally do not recommend washing wool scarves, as this can affect the structure and shape of the material.

How the belt is measured

The belt is measured from the beginning of the buckle to the middle hole – not the full length.

The belt is available in two lengths:

XS/S = 85 cm

M/L = 95 cm

In addition, the belt features multiple holes, allowing you to easily adjust it for the perfect fit.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

What payment options do you offer?

We use Quickpay, which means you can pay with the most used cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

What is the delivery time?

We have an expected delivery time of 2–7 working days depending on the destination in Europe. However, there may be delays with the shipping company that are out of
our control. If more than 7 working days have passed and you have not received your package, please contact our customer service department.

When will my order be shipped?

If you place your order by 12.00 on a weekday, we will endeavour to ship the same day. However, this may not always be possible during busy sale periods, in the run up to Christmas or at similar busy times. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

Can I change the details on my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to correct the details on your order. As soon as an order is placed, it is sent straight to the warehouse so that it can be packed as soon as possible.

Can I add/remove products to/from my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add or remove products to and from your order, as your order is sent to the warehouse as soon as it has been placed, so it can be
shipped as soon as possible. You must therefore place another order for any additional items you want and return any items you don’t want.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order. As soon as an order is placed, it is sent straight to the warehouse so that it can be packed as soon as possible. However, you can send your order back within 30 days of receiving the package.

Can I track my order?

We will send you an email as soon as the order is shipped. This will contain your tracking number. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact our customer service department.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs is from 12 EUR. We offer shipping with GLS and DHL.

However, we offer free shipping on purchases over 69 EUR with DHL home-delievery.

Where do you deliver?

When you shop at becksondergaard.com you can only choose to have the order shipped to the following countries:

France, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovania, Luxembourg, Czech Republic and The Netherlands.

If you want to have your order delivered to another country, you must visit our other webshops. We have compiled a list of countries we deliver to. If you cannot find the country you want, it means that we do not deliver there.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

How do I return an item?

We are currently unable to provide a return label for orders placed on becksondergaard.com, so it is your responsibility to return the items to the following address:

NB: Please note that the package must be sent directly to the address above, as we do not have the option to pick it up at a parcel shop. Also remember to check that the shipping company you use delivers to business addresses, as not all of them do.

What does it cost to return an item?

You must pay for the cost of returning your order to us. If you paid to have your order shipped to you and you return the entire order, this will also be refunded.

How does the repayment take place? 

Once we receive the item, we will check it and refund you with the amount paid to us by you at the time of purchase. The amount will always be transferred using the
same means of payment as you used to pay for the item. Please note that we only refund to the credit card used to pay for the order. 

My item is defective or broken, what should I do?

If you ordered from becksondergaard.com:

We offer a 2-year warranty on purchases from becksondergaard.com. If an item is defective, please contact our customer service department at
customerservice@becksondergaard.com with your order number, details of the defect and pictures if possible. The more information you provide, the easier and faster we can help you. If we assess that the item needs to be returned, we will refund the cost of returning it.

If you bought it from one of our retailers:

Unfortunately, we cannot process complaints about products purchased from our retailers, as this must be done at the place of purchase. You must therefore contact the retailer where you purchased the product, and they will then deal with your complaint. Unfortunately, we have no influence over how our retailers handle their complaints.

Once you have received your order, you have 30 days to notify us if you want to return it in full or in part. You can notify our customer service department at:
